[BUG] Green stripe appearing on top of the screen when charging

Describe the bug When the screen is off (standby) and you plug in the cable a random (green?) stripe appears at the top of the screen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Put the phone on standby
  2. Plug in the charging cable

Expected behavior Just charging normally.

Smartphone:

  • Device: Galaxy S8
  • Model: G950F

Additional context The issue is there either on S8/+/N8.

You can create the same effect by double-tapping the screen while the phone is on standby when activating AOD.

In my opinion its the Phone problem, not ROM. Im currently have S8+ with stuck rom and rooted yesterday. the security patch update notification used to appear before rooting and I had the same issue (screen glitch on charge plug) on the stuck unrooted untouched rom...
