[BUG] call and text on other devices doesn't work properly

Describe the bug When I tested calling on my Samsung tablet (A8 plus 2019), it lasted about 10 sec without any sound and automatically ended then. Both I and the other side heard nothing, the calling screen indicated unable to connect (or something about connection like that). While messaging seems to work fine. This feature worked fine in the Alexis ROM I used before so I believe my tablet is not the problem here.

Expected behavior The call on other devices feature executes properly

This needs to be checked in internal current builds, it might be fixed by itself.
