[BUG] QR Scanner camera mode missing

Describe the bug The QR code recognition is missing.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: If you go into the camera and point at the QR code nothing happens.

Expected behavior Give a result of scanned QR

QR mode has been disabled because it's not working and it leads to extra crashes of camera app. We spent around a week on trying to fixing it without any luck.

Another more thing to add, samsung has locked QR code scanning to corev2 devices (S9 and up) we lack the hardware and drivers to run V2 camera, and we use "legacy" camera which lacks alot of features, including QR code scanning.

if you want to scan QR codes, use bixby vision (thats what they do in official corev1 devices. there is no longer a qs toggle / direct camera option)
