[BUG] Microphone problems in V6
Describe the bug I had a few microphone problems after doing a clean install of V6. The first one is that microphone is broken in the Duolingo app, it just doesn't work. Was not the case in V5. The second one was for one contact that had a problem with not hearing me. We tried calling again but to no avail, and then after few calls the next following days it resolved itself. But something is definitely wrong with the microphone.
Might be related to #263 but who knows no details were provided.

To Reproduce Duolingo any assignment with microphone needed.
Smartphone:
- Device: Galaxy S7
- Model: G930F
Happened again today. When someone called me I answered and he couldn't hear me, I hung up and tried to call him again and result was the same. Then I called him through WhatsApp and the microphone worked fine.
Unfortunately, I couldn't pull logs at the time, and when I tried to pull them it appeared to be too late. All logs timestamps start after that time.
there is a mic related bug with v6, after some changes in the sound system some users faced echo and other issues, i think it is similar to this.

this fix was proposed to fix some echo issues, it works for some, as it restores some of the changes ive done in v6. try it out , i dont think it will help in your case but wont hurt to try
hopefully soon ill get back into development and see if i can figure it out
i experience microphone not working only on volte mode. classic calls are working. switching volte on, microphone off, switching volte off, microphone on.
Please re-test with V7.0 And let me know if the issue persists (for anyone that faced it)
as far as i can say - i am testing v7 now almost 9 days, i dont have a microphone issue anymore (related to volte mic mute).

i face microphone mute on v7 again, from time to time and much more less than on v6. as it seems only on volte not on wlan call.
