Making a hovering effect on to the icons on the desktop.

I want to make some hovering effects which are not there beforehand and create a bit look hovering effect like iOS and mac devices.

PLs assign me @anand-3399 want to hover all those marked up icons up

Okk Cool! But if possible can you show me a temporary design i.e. GIF of your idea. This may not be the final idea but a temporary one just for me visualising your WORK.
