How to supress INFO verbose in smote_variants

How to supress INFO verbose in smote_variants?? I am using smote_variants in Jupyter notebook/lab environment and it shows lots of verbage

Getting and setting the smote_variants logging level suppresses it

import smote_variants as sv

logging.getLogger(sv.__name__).setLevel(logging.CRITICAL)

This is not working for me, and the INFO is quite annoying for longer projects
