Failed to parse translation unit c"CXError_Crashed" in Julia x86

I developed a package called LibTeXPrintf.jl for Julia that uses this library to make a wrapper around libtexprintf. Ignoring several other errors, I get ERROR: LoadError: Failed to parse translation unit c"CXError_Crashed" with Linux x86, Ubuntu on the CI runner of Github.
