Windows installer improvements

  1. Just did a fresh install of Scopy using the Windows installer and no restart was required. Should investigate if we can remove the required restart from the installer.
  2. The displayed size of the installation is not accurate. The installer states that "1.2Mb of space is needed". On my machine the actual size of the installation is:
Size: 607 MB (637,429,016 bytes)
Size on disk: 621 MB (651,526,144 bytes)
