How about a new Official Release for Libsmu????

Hi: It's been almost 2 years now since there has been an official release of the libsmu installer for Windows.

"released this on Jan 19, 2018 · 25 commits to master since this release"

How about someone puts up an official release ASAP? The one that is there does not include the option to load the WinUSB drivers for m1k. We have a professor who is about to run a workshop on m1k and how to install software to non-ECE faculty. These folks need a simple non-complicated procedure.

Using the AppVeyer master build does not include a proper Windows signature from known publisher so Win 10 warns user to NOT continue running the program. We need a version that is signed by known publisher (ADI) ASAP.
