disable input event deamon on Sidekiq Z2

Don't start input event daemon - remove this line. https://github.com/analogdevicesinc/buildroot/blob/0d5db4a2804e9e5e8657fd3cba5d0329583ce8ed/board/sidekiqz2/post-build.sh#L57

And also clean up dts.
