After last meeting's discussion it seems that we are going to drop the idea of using a tor HS for SSH access in lepidopter images.

The web GUI can be an extension or perhaps even merged in #37.

Perhaps an easier and short term solution will be to tag these measurements with a `control blocked` tag.
