@Efreak were you interested in handling this and the related PRs? I think the docker failure is because the secrets just aren't available on a PR, so shouldn't be an issue when (if) this is merged?

I'll take a look later. ~~The secrets should be unnecessary on a PR, they're only needed for uploading releases, which a PR shouldn't be doing anyways. If the release action is running on PRs, that's a problem itself (that would allow someone to submit a PR that includes rm -rf / or some such)~~

Edit: ignore this. I think goreleaser might know the difference between a PR and a push, it's certainly not automating releases for every commit right now.
