Possible issue with cross compilation of drogon using conan (cmake target for openssl not found)

Hi, I've been trying to cross-compile drogon from x64 to arm on Linux and I am bumping into a cmake issue, I have written down the description and provided the log in the conan center index issue, https://github.com/conan-io/conan-center-index/issues/27497. TL;DR the openssl target cannot be found properly.

I saw that there was some commit that dealt with similar cross-compilation issues of drogon here, so I thought I'd ask in case you have some insights on how to fix this.
