Different naming for the options of `generate` subcommand

I think we need a different name for this because all of the other commands use the --output flag to specify a file handle for the tool's STDOUT.

Maybe we turn (o/output, d/directory) into (t/target-dir, d/schema-dir)? Open to ideas.
