Is it possible to send a payment without there being an order and a charge? Just send another account some money?

@radiantone, if you are asking about peer-to-peer payments between two individuals, this is not something supported by Amazon Pay.

If you are asking about payments from an individual to a business, can you elaborate on your use case? Generally a specific product or service needs to be purchased that has fixed amounts associated with them on your system.
