Unavailable Report _GET_FLAT_FILE_OFFAMAZONPAYMENTS_CAPTURE_DATA_

Hello,

in the documentation i found that GET_FLAT_FILE_OFFAMAZONPAYMENTS_CAPTURE_DATA is atm not available in this API. Is there any equivalent to this report or some different api call with the same result? (get all payments done in a specific time range, including buyer, orderreference id, amount and so on)
