AD API Reporting v2 to v3 migration guide columns inconsistency

Describe the bug Hi!

1. Migration guide columns table states that v2 name of column is impressionsFrequencyAverage and v3 is avgImpressionsFrequency, but V3 Reporting columns doc page states that impressionsFrequencyAverage is v3 name actually. Probably migration guide should be updated?

2. Other issue that I already reported is attributedUnitsOrdered14d has no v3 version for SD and SB. I got response from @elizafarley that

attributedUnitsOrdered14d should map to unitsSoldClicks in V3 for both SB and SD reports. I'll update the migration guide to add that mapping.

Migration guide page is still not updated, can it please be updated to reflect correct v2-v3 fields?

3. Some fields that were present in v2 are not present in v3 and are not mentioned in migration guide:

currency
campaignBudget
viewAttributedBrandedSearches14d

Are these fields deprecated?
