To allow collaborative summarising, create a way to comment

Proposal

To create a GDoc style comment system with bubbles detailing the comment and the line or section commented upon being highlighted.

If linked to reward system, the contributor is justly awarded for participating.

Example

• Summariser thinks a piece of the discussion is missing in a summary
• Makes a comment where appropriate to signal this
• There is a button to include the summary-comment easily

Outcome

• New feature allows people to provide granular feedback on specific pieces of summaries
