Make clear when ppl sign up that they need to input an EXISTING email address

I guess in the future, one could create an account on Squadbox and have just squadbox be the primary account (so all accepted and rejected emails are hosted on the site).

But for now, we should make clear when they sign up that it's with an existing email address - I'm seeing some people sign up with at squadbox domain names.
