let owners whitelist senders by forwarding emails from them

owner should be able to forward an email they receive to squadbox and add "whitelist sender" or something like that at the top to whitelist whoever originally wrote the email. even though the message will be "from" the squad owner, we should be able to figure out who sent it by parsing email and looking at message headers.
