Certificate issue

Every time I try to submit a bug with v0.3 I get this:

The certificate for this server is invalid.
You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be
“bugreport.apple.com” which could put your confidential information at risk.

Would you like to connect to the server anyway?

Along with a single "Okay" button (which by itself is kind of backwards, given that I'm supposed to choose an action).

The bug does not get submitted however.

What OS version are you using? Are you connecting through a proxy?

10.8.2 with a "vanilla" connection.
