Quality: Concrete examples for all
What I think could have been slightly improved in this chapter is the length of content that is listed under ‘security’ and ‘maintainability’. It still makes sense but more details would have definitely added extra spark to what is being explained in here.
Having read this, I would have liked more information on the security quality description, mainly because I am in the cybersecurity track and I believe it is more and more relevant to today's as well as tomorrow's software hurdles and the article seemed like it didn't have much to add about the nuances of security personally, but I am biased because of my background. I really didn't have many critiques besides that.
I think my main critique of the chapter is that having an example for each of the different attributes would be useful in illustrating exactly what they are. It may be a coincidence, but I found it much easier to understand the attributes that had a real world example of them as opposed to just seeing the definition of a quality.
