Productivity: Elaborate on role of project management

I think one concept that needs more explaining is, productivity influence by the particular features of a project’s code, how the project is managed, or the environment and organizational culture in which developers work. This section I felt was only explained slightly compared to the other sections, especially since the section claims that this is the “biggest” factor in determining productivity. I feel that having more example or explanations will add greater importance to this section and greater understanding of why it is such a big factor.
