History: Foreshadow answers to the 9 questions

Condensing the history of software engineering into a short article is definitely not an easy task, but I think highlighting the major events after the 60s might make it more clear how software engineering got to the place it is right now. It could also talk bring up answers to some of the 9 questions listed when relevant, as well as explain how women were slowly distanced from the field.

Even though the final paragraph states "we're nowhere close to having deep answers about these questions," I am still curious to learn what the early answers and thoughts are. Perhaps, this would be something to elaborate on in a different chapter, instead of History, if more appropriate.
