Copy book
What's the problem?
There are many cases where someone might want to duplicate a book. For example, one way to write translations of a book is to create a copy of it, and then translate it sentence by sentence (since we don't have explicit support for translations). Another use case might be copying a book to borrow some of it's structure, but then modify its contents.
What's the design idea?
Copying itself is relatively straightforward: mirroring a book, it's editions, and it's chapters is not technically hard. The harder questions are things like who should have the ability to copy a book. I think we'd want to restrict this to editors of the book, as they would be the ones with power over how the content should be used, including setting licenses for the book.
Who benefits?
Anyone who wants to create new versions or variations of a book, but not simply a new edition.
