Add status to Complience tests

What should be added/changed?

Hi, Anton! Could you please add Status configuration parameter to Complience Test.

Motivation

If for some reason I need to disable several tests for some time I have no easy ways to do this. With simple status configuration option with 'Active'/'Disabled' it would be so much easy.
