🐞 [BUG] - Submit Button Not Working or Showing Confirmation

Description

I encountered an issue with the submit button on the home page. When I try to submit details, the button is not showing any confirmation of successful submission.

Current behaviour

After clicking the submit button, it either does not respond at all or does not provide any indication that the details has been successfully submitted. This leaves users unsure whether their contact information is being properly received by the system.

Expected behaviour

Upon clicking the contact submit button, users should see a confirmation message indicating that their message has been successfully submitted. Alternatively, the button should trigger the submission process without any issues.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to 'https://www.amupedia.com/'
2. Go to the Home Page
3. Fill the Get in touch with  us form
4. Click the Submit Button
4. See error
