Cannot connect to neo4j to publish node files from Airflow dag

Expected Behavior

From the Airflow dag, I should be able to connect to the neo4j server and publish the metadata

Current Behavior

The connection to neo4j is timing out. I'm using the bolt connector

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce

1. docker compose -f docker-amundsen.yml up -d
2. docker network inspect amundsen_amundsennet 3.Copy the ip address for neo4j_amundsen 4.Paste it into the airflow dag
