Use Etna skin as default

I've stumbled upon a beatiful skin for AMsynth called Etna:

This should be the default AMsynth look!

It's a nice skin! 😄 I like the design of the knobs, and the use of sliders for the envelope controls.

I'm interested to know what in Etna you prefer over the default look.

amsynth really needs the UI to be rewritten using a more suitable toolkit, so at that point I think some of the ideas from Etna would be incorporated.

I'm the author of Etna (the UI, not the volcano). I'm happy to tweak it or to assist with a port/rewrite.
