amphtml Navbar Language Switcher Missing Hover Cursor and Styling

Description

In the AMP website's navigation bar, the language switcher on the right side is clickable, but it does not display the correct cursor (cursor-pointer) on hover. This may lead users to believe it is not interactive.

Reproduction Steps

go to the site the navbar component.

hover over the language switcher (top right).
