Embed HTAMP videos and/or links in reference table

Problem

We have 16 How to AMP episodes that feature various components and concepts. These videos should be highlighted in relevant documentation.

Solution

Create a "relevant videos" section for reference/guides that features videos in a carousel that are specified in document frontmatter. Or maybe include a section in the reference documentation table, much like the examples, that highlights relevant How to AMP videos.
