<amp-carousel> faulty in playground

To Reproduce Open amp-carousel in playground mode in AMP BY EXAMPLE

Expected behavior amp-carousel scrolls correctly

Config (please complete the following information): iOS 12 - Safari and Chrome

Actual behavior First carousel won't scroll, second carousel is too large and if you scroll goes into a weird "strobe" mode.

I can reproduce this on device but works well on desktop. I have checked other samples opening the playground with a phone and it seems that it doesn't scroll vertically. @sebastianbenz FYI

Adding -webkit-overflow-scrolling: touch; makes it scrollable but I still see the flickering.
