amplication 🐛 Bug Report: The "Create Message Broker" button on the wizard should be disabled while submission

What happened?

On the 'Service Broker Creation` wizard, the "Create Message Broker" button should be disabled while submitting. Currently, the user can click "Create Message Broker" twice and will end up with two Message brokers.

What you expected to happen

The user should not be able to click twice on the button.

How to reproduce

Create a new message broker and click on the "Create Message Broker" button multiple times.
