please install scala-mode on the cluster's emacs

My scala editing felt, well, you know, a little empty. Wouldn't want the world to think you were all secret vi fans.

Thanks for the an excuse for our first flame "discussion" on our issue tracker. No self respecting open source community is complete with playing host to this age old conversation.

M-x el-get-install scala-mode ? Hm, when you spin the clusters back up, I'll have to check if I just could have done that myself. :)

There is no el-get on the emacs install. (And emacs 23? Sheesh.)
