OSX-ARM Compatibility

Hi,

Thanks a lot for this package. Did you guys plan a build for OSX ARM64 architecture?

@joelun37 I really want to support OSX ARM64, but it seems github-action has not a supported image for that, so for now, I think you can build from source yourself, if you have any problem on it, I will help you to resolve them. And I will release a build for OSX ARM64 as soon as it is possible. :)

Hi, how can i build? the same issue occurs when run python setup.py install
