Updated Sublime plugin for SublimeLinter4

Previously, the plugin for Sublime Text did not support the current version of SublimeLinter. This PR updates the plugin to work with up-to-date versions of SublimeLinter and enables users to use proselint while keeping SublimeLinter up to date.

@Yoshanuikabundi is this still necessary / relevant? Sorry for such a late reply, the project was inactive for a few years.

If any further updates to the plugin are needed would you be happy to do that too? I'm not experienced with sublime.

No worries! To the best of my knowledge yes, this is still necessary. I'm no longer using proselint, but if its being picked up again and new features are being added I'd be happy to reinstall it and help keep it working on Sublime :)

@Yoshanuikabundi It is indeed alive once more, and new features are being added, yes. We've made new releases since. If you want to help update it for Sublime, that'd be grand - I've never used it, so I couldn't myself.

Unfortunately, I lack the knowledge to update the plugin myself, so I need help from Sublime users.
