Where do I put .proselintrc so that this plugin will recognize it?

The README says that the plugin will respect a .proselintrc file but it's not using the one that's in the same directory as the file I'm editing. Where can I put the rc file so that this plugin will pick it up?

@suchow I'm wondering this myself I've added the proselintrc file in my home dir but the sublime linter doesn't seem to use it (while the command line doe.)
