Update DS18X themometer

@timofurrer has created a new module called w1thermosensor. It offers support for:

  • DS18S20
  • DS1822
  • DS18B20

Update (or replace) the existing DS18B20 thermometer module with one which uses the new w1thermosensor module and thus supports all of these devicss.
