Localization usage over the web app

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be nice to use Localizer["Example_string"] instead of Example_String all over the web app.

Describe the solution you'd like Replace all the occurrences of strings with the Localizer.

Yes! Please try to use localized strings where possible.
