Why can't I get valid results when I run data using pearl algorithm？

When running data Empire, pearl showed the initial energy, but could not calculate the final energy and could not complete an iteration. What parameters should be adjusted?

The command I use is ../pearl --3D --scale 0.02 -pw 2000 -cmp 500 --prims segments.csv
