It is way cleaner, you are right. And it also solves the compilation issues I had in [my fork](https://github.com/amo13/Heimdall). Thank you for the hint, @Grimler91 !

I think you can use [zadig](https://github.com/pbatard/libwdi) to change the driver. Download it from the releases page of the linked repo. Connect your device in download mode, launch zadig and replace...

I don't really get it: aren't you supposed to flash TWRP using heimdall? Anything LineageOS-related should only be of any concern after TWRP has been successfully booted.
