Split Tunneling does not work on Windows

Split Tunneling does not work on the Windows client. For websites and for applications both. The client "successfully" connects for the first time, but nothing works, like no internet at all. Reconnection does not occur at all, the "Connect" button does not seem to respond. Restarting the service helps.

If you disable Split Tunneling, everything works fine. Also for macOS / iOS / Android apps Split Tunneling works great, guess only Windows problem.
