Documentation for setting up the server

I've been looking for the documentation to set up an Amnezia server, and I haven't been able to find it. All I've been able to find is the "easy autoinstaller" in which an application connects over SSH to the server machine and sets everything up. I've seen the server is set up using docker, so I guess I expected to find something like a docker-compose.yml file.

Would it be possible to add documentation for setting it up, or at least point me in the right direction? Thank you
