Ability to translate the application through the hosted weblate

This is how almost all open source applications do it

hosted weblate itself opensource

It's free for open source projects

the alternative is crowdin which is closed source

Hi @Wjxfi , thanks for your interest :slightly_smiling_face: I will consider it. But at least for now english remains the main language in KryptEY

Please integrate the translation website, otherwise you will drown in hundreds PRs with one line changes to translations. The Weblate collects all translations for a period and then sends as a one PR.

It's really not so complicated: just register the project on https://Weblate.org/. They have some pre-moderation but that's only one time struggle. About 80% of apps in the F-Droid store uses the Weblate.

It's also important to add the Faslane App metadata to Weblate because F-Droid doesn't even make an auto translation. So people can't understand what the app is doing when they read an English description.

@Wjxfi It doesn't really care if the translation system is self hosted and open source. It just produces itself PRs and nothing risking here if something went wrong with it. It's easily replaceable. JFYI: Transifex is another good option with a good ML translator but it has complicated contribution workflow when you first request to join a translators team.

Since the app is based on on the https://github.com/rkkr/simple-keyboard we can translate some it's strings there at https://crowdin.com/project/simple-keyboard

Then we can merge the changed to the repo.
