…The new format excludes the display of day.

Please let me know if this solution is okay or if you want to include custom-fields.

Thanks for the pull request! From what I can see, your using a template filter to format the date to only show the month and the year. This will work fine, but it will be confusing for the user.

The user will still be required to enter a day in the admin page (whenever he adds an object of class education or experience) and it wont show in the page because it has been filtered out. I think the best way is to do something like this.
