scrapy list command doesnt work

all the requirements were successfully installed but 'scrapy list' command didnt work giving the error "'scrapy' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."

I was getting a problem with because I hadn't imported ipdb before. I had to pip --install ipbd before it would work.. Not sure if you have ipbd installed yet?

I ran into the same issue - when I re-did the tutorial using the conda command line AND pip installed ipdb there this worked. I am on Windows running CMD.exe Prompt 0.1.1
