No blocking option in the three-dot menu on the right pane

I don't see "Block channel" and "Block video" in the three-dot menu by any video on the right pane of the video page.

Additionally, channels that are blocked are appearing in the sidebar.

Additionally, channels that are blocked are appearing in the sidebar.

Videos with words in the title that are on the blacklist are also appearing. This is especially problematic for those trying to avoid spoilers for recently-released stuff.
