What about hiding supporters-only videos?

I think an option to automatically hide supporters-only videos should be available. I don't want to see thumbnails for videos that I won't see because I am not a patron to the channel.

I believe anything beyond basic maintenance is out of the question for the moment until amitbl is less busy and has the motivation. Would be awesome though.
