BlockTube not working with recommended videos when I'm logged in to Google

As of today, BlockTube doesn't seem to block recommended videos on the right-hand side anymore. Any channels and keywords I blocked also seem to be showing up as well. I can still block videos and channels, just not anything that's in the recommendations. For some reason, this seems to happen when I'm logged in to my Google account. When I log out, I can block recommended videos again. I've tested this on Brave, Chrome and Firefox.

Same issue here. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. Youtube seems hellbent on recommending only the most abhorrent, sickening and worthless videos imaginable.
