Block channel option missing when tapping 3 dots next to shorts on m.youtube.com watch history

Replication steps:

1. Use Blocktube 0.4.2 on Kiwi browser 124.0.6327.1
2. Watch some shorts on m.youtube.com
3. Navigate to m.youtube.com/feed/library
4. Click the 3 dots next to a short in the history bar at the top - block video and block channel are missing
5. Click "view all"
6. Click the 3 dots next to short in the shorts bar at the top - block video is present, but not block channel

Both options appear correctly clicking the 3 dots next to a full length video.
